How does it work?
The small cooling unit gently circulates distilled water through a cooling pad that can simply be placed on top of the cadaver.
The CuddleBlanket utilises a thermoelectric cooling process rather than standard refrigeration. This process is also known as the Peltier effect.
Unlike refrigerated beds or coffin coolers, the CuddleBlanket is extremely light, portable, flexible and does not ice up.
As a cost effective individual body cooling solution, the CuddleBlanket is only switched on when required, and therefore more cost effective than other cooling alternatives.
