Providing Excellent Customer Care to our Customers
We assist hospitals, funeral directors, hospices, governments and charities around the world in the design and deployment of both temporary and permanent mortuary systems.
We strongly believe in excellent customer care and have worked closely with many of our customers in order to develop products to fit their specific needs.
Hospital & Public Mortuaries
Flexmort’s mortuary solutions have benefited numerous hospitals and public mortuaries around the world. Our CuddleBlanket bariatric cooling blanket has provided hospitals with the solution to cool obese (bariatric) bodies on a bed, thereby alleviating manual handling and logistics issues. Both the CuddleCot and CuddleBlanket are used by community nurses to cool those that die at home.
Flexmort’s AirCool pop up storage provides hospitals with additional temporary body storage when required and is also used as mass fatality mortuary storage. The CadSeal repatriation foil is used to seal up contaminated deceased and our manual handling aids assist in alleviating manual handling concerns. In addition, CadPad absorbent pads are used to absorb excessive body fluids, particularly where oedema is a problem.
Hospital Maternity Departments
The CuddleCot is used by numerous maternity departments around the world and has received widespread acclaim from practitioners as well as large organisations involved in still birth issues.
As well as cooling within the hospital ward, hospitals are allowing parents the opportunity to take their baby home and provide the CuddleCot to parents in order to keep the baby cool.
The full range of Flexmort’s storage and cooling systems are in use in funeral directors. The portable CuddleBlanket provides a simple and easy way to cool a body in a casket, coffin, or on a trolley or bed. This means small hub sites where there is no space or need for large mortuary refrigeration can effectively cool a body.
For those with larger storage requirements, funeral directors utilise the Aircool pop up storage and the ColdSpace cold room. Funeral directors also use our range of mortuary racking as well as manual handling aids to assist in moving the deceased.
Hospices & Home
Our CuddleCot cooling cot and CuddleBlanket cooling blanket are used across numerous hospices. They allow deceased babies, children and adults to be cooled without the family having to go through the distress of immediately transferring their loved one to a mortuary fridge and allow the family to spend time with the deceased.
The Flexmort mortuary solutions have received widespread acclaim from numerous hospices and reduce the costs associated with providing cold rooms or large mortuary refrigerators. Hospices also use our ColdSpace cold room and our manual handling aids.
What Our Customers Are Saying
The AirCool12 is perfect for us during busy periods as is to set up and provides us with additional body storage. Furthermore, with the increase in obese bodies, the obese frame means the system can be transformed into a large space in order to cool obese bodies which ordinarily would not fit into our refrigerators.
