Do staff need training?


The CuddleBlanket is very simple to use, however we offer free training on our website and free downloadable manuals.

How long can it be used for?



Each case will be slightly different. On average, the CuddleBlanket can be used for 3 to 5 days but we believe any decision should always be made by the family and health professionals.

How long will it last?


The CuddleBlanket chiller unit should last over 10,000 hours, but the difference it will make to the bereaved will last a lifetime.

Does it need servicing?



We recommend annual servicing with our experienced servicing team, though this is dependent on usage and can vary between organisations. Contact Servicing team
